Distinctive features of WIELTORIA 370 row boat, which make her special among other boats of this length
1. Shallow submersion
Due to the flat bottom, the boat is shallowly submerged, which is even lesser at the bow and stern enabling the crew to come ashore without getting the shoes wet.
2. High stability
The boat has high lateral and traverse stability.
When a one-person load is applied at the bottom by a side, the tilt is only slight (tested on a model of a hull).
3. Comfortable seats
The boat is furnished with seats, whose height above the flat bottom is adequately matched and ensures that one can seat comfortably.
4. The boat is unsinkable
By tightly gluing together the deck and the hull, we have obtained a closed space, which keeps the boat afloat, even when it is heavily flooded, until it is emptied as described in point 3.
5. The boat is unsinkable even if a side or the bottom are damaged
Losing tightness of, puncturing or damaging a side or the bottom of the boat, does not necessarily make it sink thanks to the filling of closed spaces with laminated foamed polystyrene.
6. Protection against damaging the bottom
The bottom of the hull is reinforced with thicker laminate where the sides and transom are connected to the bottom. Also the stem is made thicker.
The keels in the bottom are thicker as well, filled with PVC foam and laminated. The connection of the keel with the stem is filled with laminate.
